It is named after a restaurant and Hotel the Bailey’s Hotel in London. R A Bailey is a fictional person. 200 million gallons of Irish milk is used each year to make it. Most milk comes from local family-owned farms. It is made by combing Irish Whiskey, cream with an emulsifier containing vegetable oil. This process prevents separation of the whiskey and cream during production. It then adds it chocolate recipe along with some herbs and sugar. The main supplier for over 30 years of cream is Glanbia Irish Dairy. Cocktails: in coffee, tiramisu, nutritious, espresso martini, flat white martini, white Russian, mudslide, hot chocolate, milk shakes, cement mixer. There are at least 12 variations made by Baileys currently.
