In this week's video I share with you what your options are both as a buyer and a seller when an appraisal comes in too low.

In this Week's video, I discuss the 3 options you have when the Appraisal comes in lower than the Purchase Price.

Option #1 - Make up the difference in the price with Cash
Option #2 - Renegotiate the purchase Price down to the Appraised Value or somewhere in between the two prices. This is when the Seller reduces how much they earn and the buyer still has to bring some extra cash to the closing.
Option #3 - Cancel the Contract and walk away.
