This footage of Gary Sobers hitting his six sixes off Malcolm Nash for Nottinghamshire vs. Glamorgan on 31st Aug. 1968, with commentary by Wilf Wooller, ends with David Coleman in the BBC studio at a fairly empty Wembley stadium - quite remarkable ;-)) David was talking to a 13-year-old boy called 'Michael', who had phoned in a request for the historic cricket action to be shown. I know this clip was broadcast in 1982, and I think it took place during the pre-match build-up in Cup Final Grandstand on BBC One, which started at 11:30 am on Sat. 22nd May 1982.
If anyone can confirm this, or perhaps knows what became of Michael, please let me know in the comments! :-)
