Nicholas Tapia and Stephanie Berg won 1st place at the Argentine Tango Salon USA Championship 2014. They will represent the USA in the 2014 Buenos Aries Tango Festival & World Cup in August 2014.
International competition leading up to the World Cup takes place in China, Italy, Russia, Japan, USA, Uruguay, Chile, and EU. The USA winners (Nicholas & Stephanie) are seeded in the semi - finals. In 2013, approximately 550 thousand people participated in the 2-week Tango Festival & World Cup
