After my neck injury, my friend Anton decided to purchase a brace. We recently took a trip to Sun Peaks, we compared the Atlas Air Lite and Leatt 5.5, both of which are comparable models from their respective brands, just one tier below the top-range products.
While both braces offer more protection than riding without one, it's important to note that no brace can guarantee prevention of neck injuries. In this video, we dive into the history of these neck brace brands, break down the design features, and explore the testing each model undergoes. We also highlight the pros and cons of each. Though Anton and I are at different levels of riding, we have no affiliation with any brand, and our review is based purely on personal experience.
