A flag-raising ceremony was held in front of Preparatory Hall on Veterans Day. Students from RSU’s Oklahoma Army National Guard GOLD program raised the U.S. and Oklahoma flags, and the RSU and Oklahoma Military Academy flags.
The event marks the first official flag raising for the new flagpoles, which were installed as part of the recent renovation of University Drive and installation of the circle drive servicing Prep and Meyer Halls. This is the first time in school history there have been three flagpoles on campus.
