Being sheltered in place had me searching for Saturday garage projects. Looking at the new replacement fender liners with shipping marks irritated me. I decided to try an old trick I have utilized to reuse plastic trim parts by restoring the appearance using heat after being bent or stressed a bit from removal. The heat gun trick when done carefully can restore appearance and even repair or hide abrasions and small scratches. Follow along as I show you how I made the fender liners more acceptable for the weekend car shows.
