Simple yet delicious pan-seared chicken with a rich buttery white wine sauce makes this a perfect dinner! Make easy with our Demeyere Stainless Steel Frying pan.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
• Olive oil
• Salt/pepper to taste
• Chicken stock
• White wine of choice
• Butter (salted or unsalted will work well)
• Fresh thyme• Garlic
1️⃣ Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in your Demeyere Stainless Steel Frying Pan over medium-high heat until shimmering hot. Its 7-layer construction ensures perfect browning and even heat.
2️⃣ Add chicken to the pan and don’t move it for 6-7 minutes until it naturally releases and browns beautifully. Flip and sear the other side for another 5-7 minutes. Flip once more. Remove the chicken from the pan and rest it while making the sauce.
3️⃣ Add white wine, chicken stock, butter, garlic gloves, and fresh thyme. Let the butter melt. Add more wine or broth if sauce reduces too much.
4️⃣ Plate the chicken and pour over that rich butter-wine sauce.
