The Dreamcast-to-Neogeo Pocket Color link cable is rare these days as it was mostly only sold in Japan. It was only compatible with 6 Dreamcast games and was used to exchange data between a corresponding handheld title; there was no real time gameplay link like with the Gamecube-to-GBA functionality.
It is also pretty crazy because both SNK and Sega needed to collaborate to create this cable and develop the supporting games. Something like this would never happen today.
