Halloween II (1981) Laurie Hiding from Myers, Re-cut extended scene.

Описание: Like the earlier clip I posted on Jimmy in Lauries room. Some creative editing was needed to blend two different takes and also mix the audio differently at the edit points.

Theatrical version: shows Laurie stumble into the room and fall against the table with the phone, cut to Myers far away in a hallway walking, cut back to Laurie sliding across the floor with the phone and she lays against the wall, she raises the receiver, cut to Myers again in the hallway, closer now, Laurie hears a noise and puts down the receiver...

T.V. version: shows Laurie stumble into the room against the table with phone, cut to Myers in hallway, cut to Laurie against the wall of the room and raises the receiver, begins crying into the phone to her Mom about Myers not dying etc, cut to Myers in hallway, Laurie hears a noise and puts the phone down.

My edit in order to use the extended t.v. footage was to split Myers walking from the end of the hall getting closer into two shots, and I cut the last few seconds of the theatrical footage after Laurie slides against the wall to rest and lift up the receiver.

I've been having trouble downloading videos from YT, so instead of using the original score and completely remixing the entire sequence from scratch. I had to blend the t.v. version and theatrical versions score together as seamlessly as possible.
