A delicious tarte tatin with great company. Marnie helps Ed make a french favourite with local plums 🍑

Sugar
Butter
Puff pastry
Plums
Honey
Créme Fraiche
1. Coat the bottom of a warm pan with sugar, and wait for it to start to catch and brown, and then start mixing. Once you’ve created a brown paste add the butter and keep mixing, add the honey into the mix once the butter has fully melted.
2. Chop the plums in half and remove the stone. Add them to the sugar & butter mug skin up and cover all the pan.
3. Leave the fuit to simmer until they start to stick to the bottom, reducing all the liquid.
4. Follow another recipe on how to make puff pastry 😅 or buy some 🤫and then add to the top of the pan.
5. Delicately curve the pastry back into the pan, add two little slits in the middle, and bake for 25 mins!
6. Once ready, get a chopping board and flip the contents upside down and serve with creamy créme fraiche x
