I often hear “live in the moment” usually from elders who have already lived through bunch of chapters in their life. But when I actually pause and think about time, and the science behind it, this advice begins to feel deeper than how it sounds.
In physics, there is an idea called the Block Universe Theory: that the past, present, and future all exist at the same time.

Every moment of childhood memories, this breath, and even moments yet to come may already exist together in a single structure of reality. If that’s true, then the “present” isn’t just a passing second. It’s the only moment we are ever conscious of inside this vast block of time.

This video is a quiet reflection on time, memory, consciousness, and existence.
On what it means to be here, now: aware, breathing, feeling, while everything else exists beyond our perception.
If the past, present, and future coexist…
then maybe this moment is all we ever really experience.
