Be noted, the people who have earlier sent SMS to 8171 under BISP / Ehsas Program and have obtained Rs. 12000/- are not eligible to apply. Either they are their family members have gotten Rs.12000/- under Ehsas Emergency Cash Program, are also not elitible to apply under this Category 4 of Ehsas Program.
