Описание: the video that he had reported was of his radio show, in which he belittled Vicky and disrespected her for all the listeners to witness. i uploaded 3 parts of the radio show, all had a slideshow of his pictures playing while the show was going on, and he reported them as copyright infringement. This was the first strike he put against me, i didnt fight it because i needed to research more into copyright laws and if he actually had an grounds to file this under. he didnt of course, he doesnt own freedomizer radio, and everything uploaded was very clearly stated to have been his work and not my own. his claims of infringement were invalid, and he could not provide youtube with the evidence and proof that his claim was valid, so they removed the strike against my account, and now i have now. Thank you, youtube may sometimes try to censor people but they cant win or fight against the law and rights we as Americans still have.
