Kid Bulma from Dragon Ball, was one of the first characters introduced in the Dragon Ball franchise and is Goku's oldest friend. she's an extremely important character throughout the series, not only as the genius inventor friend of the z fighters, but wife to Vegeta and mother two Trunks and Bulla. because she's not a fighter, I didn't do much for her moveset, I'll leave that up to your imaginations.
