Buying refurbished phones - How good is 2Gud.com?

Описание: I made my first purchase from 2gud.com, a company by flipkart after they bought ebay india and dumped it.

To be honest I was quite surprised with the purchase. It was the cheapest phone(almost) available on 2gud.com and it kinda exceeded my normal expectations from the purchase.

2gud.com offers a variable warranty of 6 to 12 months on phones and laptops. I think the gaining popularity of refurbished phone and gadgets will eventually pick up a much greater pace. Companies like flipkart taking the weight of initiating something like this is no small deal and can't be ignored. What matters in the end is - their service and customer support when the device fails or exhibits problem during the warranty period.
