The performance is an exploration of ambient layers, mechanical noise, and the interaction between acoustic materials and electronic processing. Through a combination of analog and digital tools, it creates evolving textures and subtle soundscapes.
The setup includes a Fostex X-12 cassette recorder, a DIY kalimba, a music box, Chase Bliss MOOD and Walrus SLO pedals, a Monome Norns Shield, and small DC motors interacting with objects to produce intricate textures and sounds.
