Overland Umbau Teil 3: Cargo Box und Hektik

Heute gibt es ein kurzes Update – denn morgen geht es spontan in die Alpen. Einmal quer durch Mitteleuropa und dann weiter in die Hochalpen. Genau dafür wird der Quartermaster gebaut: reale Nutzung, echte Touren, keine Showfahrten

Das (vorerst) letzte Teil, das jetzt noch dazu gekommen ist: die neue Cargobox von ‎@quickpitchsa5850. Robust, funktional und perfekt für den Overland-Alltag.
Airline Schienen oben drauf, Stoßdämpfer zum öffnen - auch mit Beladung.
zusätzlicher Dichtung und Druckausgleich.

Zum Abschluss gibt es noch einen kurzen Blick ins fast fertig beladene Heck – inklusive Diesel-Standheizung von ‎@rodinadventures. Praxistauglich, autark und auf Langstrecke ausgelegt.

In part 1, I took you along as the INEOS Grenadier Quartermaster received its hardtop from ‎@BushtechCanopiesAccessories.

Today there is a short update – because tomorrow we are heading spontaneously into the Alps. Across Central Europe and then up into the high alpine region. This is exactly what the Quartermaster is being built for: real-world use, real journeys, not a show car.

The (for now) final addition to the setup: the new cargo box from ‎@quickpitchsa5850. Robust, functional, and perfect for everyday overlanding.
With airline rails on top, gas struts for easy opening even when loaded, an additional seal, and pressure equalisation.

To round things off, there is a quick look into the almost fully loaded rear – including the diesel heater from ‎@rodinadventures. Built for practicality, self-sufficient travel, and long-distance touring.
