As a product director I’ve built product teams from scratch, so I have been recruiting many different types of roles throughout the years, these include, product managers, product designers, technical product managers, data scientist. I want to share how do I do a recruiting process and interview for product people, and what are the candidate attributes and skills I consider most important, and which are the candidate attributes I don’t consider relevant. Obviously every product lead is going to have a different style to recruit product people, I just want to share mine ;)
