2.27.2012: Justin Schoonmaker, 22, is being held without bail, charged with first-degree murder after the police say he twice ran over Michael Parrish, 56, with a Jeep following a neighborhood dispute Saturday. Also arraigned this morning in the incident are Christopher E. Schreffler Jr., 20, who was held without bail as a probation violator, and Marvin E. Abercrombie, 23, who was released on his own recognizance.
