Most people spend their life chasing things. Security, recognition, acceptance, love. But chasing leads to anxiety because you are running after something hoping you're gonna catch it, not even knowing if it's yours to catch. When you seek ye first the kingdom of God, your priorities become extremely clear. Your nervous system naturally regulates. You don't make dumb decisions in the moment. You don't do it for the plot and then suffer the consequences of the plot you concocted yourself. Every plot has consequences — just so happens that the plot of the gospel ends with amen.

This one also has a word for someone specific. If you feel like you're backed against a wall with two massive things causing you fear — your eyes are being covered in light. He's pushing you through. Don't torture yourself with what was.
