The Lagos State Creative Industries Initiative (LACI) aims to make Lagos a destination for skilled, well-trained workforce for the creative industry, thereby nurturing the growth of creativity in the state.

As registration continues for the 3rd intake into the EbonyLife Creative Academy, the Lagos State Government fully sponsors and supports ELCA to continually provide free courses & quality Film and TV education.
