Preparation and Execution:
Lie prone on the floor, prop your arms, and keep your elbows aligned with the shoudlers. Flex your toes, keeping your body in a straight line and core tight.
Next, straighten your right arm, and then your left to come up in to a push-up position. Then return back to the start by bringing the right arm down, then the left. Repeat.
