Garlic: 6–8 cloves, minced
Mushrooms: 8–12 oz, sliced
Bell pepper: 1–2, sliced
Broccoli: 2–3 cups florets
Heavy cream: 2–3 cups
Alfredo cheese: 1.5–2.5 cups (grated parmesan/alfredo blend)
Lemon: 1 (juice + wedges)
Soy sauce: 1–2 tbsp (for umami)
Seasoning: salt, black pepper
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Red pepper: ¼–½ tsp (flakes or powder, to taste)
Ceylon cinnamon stick: 1 small stick
