Описание: ​ @Gocciedimemoria Domenico Ricci (Staffolo, 18 settembre 1934 – Roma, 16 marzo 1978) è stato un carabiniere italiano, appuntato dell'Arma dei Carabinieri, insignito di Medaglia d'oro al valor civile alla memoria; fu ucciso nell'agguato di via Fani a Roma in occasione del rapimento di Aldo Moro insieme ad altri quattro agenti della scorta.Nel 1954 si arruola nell'Arma dei Carabinieri ed inizia il corso presso la Scuola allievi carabinieri di Torino.Alla fine del corso nel 1955 viene destinato al Nucleo Radiomobile di Roma. Proprio per le sue abilità nella guida e la sua prestanza fisica nel 1957 viene assegnato alla scorta di Aldo Moro allora Ministro della Giustizia. Nel 1965 viene promosso al grado di Appuntato. Nel 1966 sposa Maria Rocchetti dopo 10 anni di fidanzamento. Dalla loro unione nasceranno due figli Giovanni e Paolo.(i colpi esplosi dai terroristi furono 92) per poter salvare il presidente Moro e riuscire a metterlo in salvo.

Domenico Ricci (Staffolo, 18 September 1934 – Rome, 16 March 1978) was an Italian carabiniere, officer of the Carabinieri, awarded the Gold Medal for Civil Valor in memory; he was killed in the ambush on Via Fani in Rome on the occasion of the kidnapping of Aldo Moro together with four other escort agents. In 1954 he enlisted in the Carabinieri and began the course at the Carabinieri Student School in Turin. At the end of the course in 1955 it was sent to the Radiomobile Unit of Rome. Precisely because of his driving skills and his physical prowess, in 1957 he was assigned to the escort of Aldo Moro, then Minister of Justice. In 1965 he was promoted to the rank of Officer. In 1966 he married Maria Rocchetti after 10 years of engagement. From their union two children Giovanni and Paolo will be born. (92 shots were fired by the terrorists) in order to save President Moro and save him.
