When I was younger, winter meant snowboarding trips with my brothers.
We had a rule, you never called the last run. Because the second you said it, the day was already over.
This design is part of my 50 States Series, and this one is for Colorado, a modern mountain retreat built around that same idea.
The No Last Runs Cabin captures the warmth of family, the quiet of snow, and the rhythm of a day that never really ends.
It’s not a resort or a lodge, it’s a place for slow mornings, glowing firelight, and the comfort of knowing there’s always one more run waiting tomorrow.
