Do India’s women truly understand cervical cancer — its risks, signs, and prevention options? This video raises critical awareness around cervical cancer knowledge gaps and emphasises the need for better public health education in India. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among women in India. However, awareness remains low: past ICMR surveys found that targeted interventions raised knowledge by only around 40% in screened areas.
