Описание: This video is a recording of an innovation breakout session conducted during regional summits of highway community stakeholders held from October to December 2014 to launch the third round of the Federal Highway Administration’s Every Day Counts initiative (EDC-3). This session, recorded at the summit held in Portland, ME, provides an overview of the subject innovation promoted through EDC-3 as well as a discussion of case studies, lessons learned, and other information to support consideration and implementation of the innovation.
