If you are setting up a project journal the first thing you are probably going to ask is what project pages should I include in my planner? Well this is the perfect video for you because I am showing how to start a project journal with spreads to effectively start project planning today.

Whether you are looking for functional planning for projects, efficiency or work, the main thing you will need to know when planning out projects in a notebook is what to keep track of during a project. In this video the spreads I use for project management are goal setting, master project lists, Kanban boards, project breakdowns and monitoring/reflection trackers.

Each help to increase the likelihood of getting projects done and help on staying on top of multiple projects at one time – both which are extremely important in project planning bullet journals.

How to organize a journal for projects and what to plan to make projects more successful may change on the different fields you are in. Student project management spreads will look different from entrepreneur project spreads in the content they contain but setting up a project notebook and the different spreads will look very similar. Accomplishing project goals will be so much easier after you figure out what project management collection pages to use.
