Cyclone Mandous is all set to hit Tamil Nadu tonight and is likely to landfall between 11.30pm of December 9 to 2.30am of December 10. Cyclone Mandous is likely to weaken into a cyclonic storm. Schools and colleges in 24 districts of Tamil Nadu will remain closed today due to heavy rain forecast. IMD has forecast strong surface wind, heavy to moderate rain across Tamil Nadu. IMD has also issued orange alert for Andhra Pradesh.
