Using my Masterbuilt MES 130s I smoke a chicken given to us by Ken may from his mother's farm. This free-range chicken was delicious.
I used stubb's Chicken rub and Stubb's BBQ spice on the skin after spraying the chicken with butter flavoured spray. I injected the chicken with 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and two tablespoons of butter. The chicken was cooked at 275 degrees F until it reached 170 degrees in the chicken. I used cherry wood for smoke.
