How to Create a UI Policy in ServiceNow

A UI policy is a client side logic that controls and changes the behavior of information on a form in ServiceNow. UI policies can also contain conditions, so they’re only triggered when certain requirements are met.

UI policies are great to use for making fields mandatory, showing/hiding fields, and making a field read only.

Implementing UI policies within ServiceNow allows you to have greater data integrity and control over what data gets captured on a form.
