A heatwave alert has been issued in Telangana as temperatures continue to rise sharply across the state. According to the weather center in Hyderabad, the next three days are expected to witness extremely high temperatures.
Health officials have warned the public to remain cautious during this period. Dr. Ravinder Nayak, Director of Public Health, advised people to avoid going outdoors between 12 PM and 3 PM unless it is absolutely necessary.
Doctors also suggested drinking water frequently and consuming fluids like buttermilk, lemon juice, and water to avoid dehydration during the intense summer heat.
