Monaco 🇲🇨 with Kids I Exploring Europe - Ep. 3

Описание: During our long weekend in Nice, we hopped on the train for a quick 30 minute journey to Monaco. The Principality of Monaco is a microstate along the French Riviera. The second smallest country in the world is also known for being a tax haven for the rich since there is no income tax.

Our first stop in Monaco was the Prince’s Palace. The Grimaldi family has been reigning for over 700 years! The current ruler of Monaco is Albert II. Each day at 11:55 AM, there is a changing of the guard ceremony at the palace. The crowds can be very large so make sure to get their early!

After the ceremony, we headed to the aquarium. This beautiful building, which is perched on a cliff, was founded by Prince Albert I and opened in 1910. The girls especially loved the playground on the top of the roof with beautiful views of the sea.

Once we finished at the aquarium, we jumped on the hop on and off bus. We think that this is such a good way to explore a city with kids since they can relax while enjoying the views. We then hopped off at the Monte Carlo stop to enjoy ice cream and a drink while people watching the outside of the casino. We loved exploring Monaco!
