Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan was caught on camera sneaking an illegal migrant out of the Milwaukee County Courthouse on April 18 to avoid arrest. Federal agents arrived at the courthouse to detain Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who was charged with three counts of domestic battery. But prosecutors say Judge Dugan impeded the arrest by redirecting the agents to another judge’s chambers, while Flores-Ruiz exited the building. The video is being used as evidence against Dugan, who is charged with obstructing a federal investigation.
