🌊 Day 1: We rise early and drive 4+ hours to the jaw-dropping Grutas Tolantongo, a natural hot spring paradise tucked into the mountains. Terraces. Caves. Waterfalls. Worth every mile. Then headed straight to Pujol, one of the top restaurants in the world (yes, we tried the mole madre).

🍽️ Day 2 is all about contrast — starting with breakfast at Hilton Reforma, grabbed a coffee at Café El Jarocho, then stepping into the world of art and revolution at Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul.

🌄 On our final morning, we road trip to the iconic Teotihuacan pyramids, walk the Avenue of the Dead, and grabbed drinks at the magical cave La Gruta — a restaurant carved into volcanic rock and of course more street tacos.

🍫 Oh, and there’s a quick stop at Chocolatería La Rifa (bean-to-bar perfection) and one last view of the city from Finca Don Porfirio before we fly out.
