🔥 Ingredients:

500 g chicken (cleaned and cut pieces)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
½ cup water

👨‍🍳 Recipe / Cooking Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and blend with the onions.
5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well with the masala.
6. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5–7 minutes while stirring so the chicken gets coated with the spices.
7. Add half a cup of water, cover the pan, and cook for about 15–20 minutes until the chicken becomes tender.
8. Finally sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Your homemade chicken dish is now ready! Serve it hot with rice, roti, or naan and enjoy the rich taste of homemade cooking.
