Republic Services: Brand New Freightliner Econic Heil Python Garbage Truck!

Описание: I bring to you- Republic’s newest ride from their Little York site in Houston!

Last month I was expecting to catch their last CNG 7000s, as some are already out of service, but this truck caught me by total surprise. The Econic has certainly grown in popularity the last few years, for its unmatched driver visibility and comfort features. Initially the European-like exterior turned me away, but I’ve gotten pretty used to seeing these across the industry online. As much as Republic sticks to LHD trucks in Texas, the foldable glass door would be neat for constant hopping in and out stops. With all that window space it’s bound to get hot, so another cool feature is the retractable sunshade that comes down inside the cab. A couple of the other yards around Houston got Econic/Heil FLs earlier this year, so it makes sense that these and potentially rear loaders would be on the road at some point. The Econic is this driver’s favorite truck he’s driven in the 20+ years at Republic, and they’re on track to receive a couple more soon. Without further ado, hope you guys enjoy!
