Описание: Hi Friends! Today’s class is a slow flow yoga class building up to camel pose! Camel pose is a great big heart opener and backbend. This can feel great after a lot of core or ab work, stretching through the whole front of the body. Camel pose requires strength in the back, glutes, and abs. This slow flow yoga class does help to build ab and core strength!

Flow from one yoga pose to the next in a slow and control paced. You'll love this chill vinyasa class that will stretch and strengthen your body!

This can be a more challenging or advanced yoga pose. Beginners and intermediate students are welcome to join in and participate as much as whatever feels comfortable for you!
