Custom collision detection along a spline in Unity using triggers

I had to design my own collision detection because Unity's collision detection does not work when the object is teleported on the Spline. However, it is possible to use triggers. Each object has a trigger collider that allows the scripts on the object to detect when a collision occurs. I then had to implement the collision-induced speed change in the script itself, and this is the first result so far. What do you think?
