In this episode, I visit the stunning Wakehurst Place in West Sussex, home to world-class botanical gardens, seasonal flowers, and lush foliage. Join me as I take on one of the UK’s most scenic parkruns, running through beautiful woodland paths and vibrant gardens at Wakehurst Kew.
