disclaimer: I do not know if this works for everyone, but it works for me !! also, using this method makes effects/filters unavailable to use
how I got CapCut to work again was I turned airplane mode on/turned Wi-Fi off and I was able to enter the app and edit a video :) sadly, you can't use effects/filters/animations.. at least I can't. I don't know if it's like that for everybody, but I can't..
