This is the story of Cassius – a high-ranking Roman General at the peak of his glory. He had all of Rome at his feet, but not a single moment of peace in his soul. He was like a soldier trying to march while strapped with every heavy trophy of war.
Cassius’s Harsh Reality:
• The Burden: Carrying the "Stone of Honor," the "Stone of Power," and the "Stone of Fear."
• Mental State: An endless civil war in his mind; unable to sleep, unable to smile.
• The Cost: He forgot the last time he felt joy without a hidden motive or a strategic calculation.
Cassius is the living proof of a modern tragedy: He was "conquering" the world while his own life was being lost in the process.
⚡ THE CRISIS AND THE BREAKING POINT
One moonlit night by the marble pillars of the Colosseum, Cassius looked into a basin of water and didn't recognize the man staring back. The "Great General" was merely an exhausted soul, drowning in his own achievements. In desperation, he sought a hermit philosopher to find the one thing Rome couldn't give him: Stillness.

The Mirror Effect: Only an "Empty" (still) mind can reflect the "Fullness" of reality. If your heart is heavy with "what ifs," your hands will be too shaky to hold the "what is."
