Sadly, as mentioned in the video, LitJoy has suspended further orders to Europe. The shipping fees and duties were always a challenge for those of us in Europe, and I believe it became increasingly tricky for LitJoy to manage too. I am lucky to have received some of the boxes when LitJoy's magical boxes were at their prime, and I have some beautiful items from the shop–including those you see here. I had favourable experiences with LitJoy customer service over the years, and have also received replacement items for things that arrived damaged in the past, at no extra cost to me.
End of an era, but I am glad I was there for it!
