Pepper Crusted Blue Cheese Burger Grilled On The Weber Kettle

Описание: I love a good burger with a pepper crust. To take it to the next level I mix some blue cheese crumbles and diced onions into the meat and sear it in cast iron on the Weber Kettle before finishing it indirect using the Vortex accessory. The finished product, topped with bacon and marinated red peppers with some Flaps 20 Texas Pepper Sauce, is a burger I'll be making again. And again.
