A dark glass clad Sonia Gandhi accompanies her son and daughter to the Ganga river to immerse the ashes of recently assassinated Rajiv Gandhi. Rahul carries the urn with his father's ashes in them and opening it, releases the bones and ashes into the Ganges river waters. Priyanka washes her hands after the immersion, as she takes a boat into the center of the river.
