Cricut 3D Heart Ornament and Box!! So EASY and so CUTE.

The hanging ornament is shown 1st in the video. The standing heart starts at around the 10 minute mark.

3D hearts to make from cardstock, requires no glue to assemble. One heart can be assembled in 12 to 15 minutes after it is cut. There are 4 different designs and 2 different frame options: 1 frame makes a hanging ornament and the other creates a standing heart. You can open one of the panels and insert lightweight treats or a small gift. You can resize the hearts to make larger, but keep in mind that enlarging make the slots larger and makes the heart come apart easier.

SIZES: The hanging ornament measures 5” x 4” x 3”.
The standing heart measures 5” x 4 ¾” x 3”.

HAND CUTTERS: You will receive a PDF file with all pieces so you can cut by hand. There are a lot of intricate cuts, so it is an advanced project for hand cutters.

MACHINE CUTTERS: SVG files can be used by all cutting machines. The Cricut Joy can cut the hanging frame but not the standing frame because it is too large. There are no score lines to worry about changing for this design.

INSTRUCTIONS: For 1 heart you need to cut 3 files. Each file fits on 8 ½” x 11” cardstock:
Cut 1 frame file; you have a choice of the hanging frame or the standing frame.
Cut 1 inside panel file.
Cut 1 decorative panel file, you have 4 to choose from: Hearts, Lips, Roses, and X’s and O’s.

MATERIALS:
1 heart takes 3 sheets of 8 ½” x 11” cardstock. I used 65lb cardstock, but you could probably use 80 or 90lb as well.
