R.I.P. NZ Bush

This beautiful stand on a mature forest in Pukekohe has just been destroyed.
It was home to rare native bats, some of the biggest Matai trees known in the Auckland region and was scheduled to be protected by Auckland Council.

Why did this happen?
Because Auckland Council's head of Regulatory Services Craig Hobbs approved it.

He had the power to say no, therefore it is on him!

This was done by property developers Aedifice Property Group.
