Описание: The Prairie View Trail, often called the Barrier Fire Lookout trail, switchbacks uphill on an old forestry road to a spectacular viewpoint looking south over Barrier Lake. From the viewpoint, visitors can either continue to the north side of the ridge to that Barrier Fire Lookout and a view over the Bow Valley, or descend towards Jewell Pass on a trail that is a little less obvious from the top, but becomes more clear as you reach the forest.
