Welcome to The Local Eye Show – Western Australia Kitesurfing Expedition!
In this new adventure, we travel from Perth to Exmouth and back on a 10-day journey across Western Australia’s wild coast — driving more than 4,000 km in a converted bus and 4x4s between the desert and the incredible Ningaloo Reef.
Together with Patty from Smile KiteSurf and Joey from Road2Adventure, we set out to explore one of the most remote and breathtaking coastlines in the world. From long desert roads and off-grid camping to turquoise bays and perfect wind, this series captures the real spirit of Western Australia — raw, wild, and unforgettable.
This first episode kicks off the expedition: the long drive north, meeting the crew in Carnarvon and the first kite sessions in Sandy Bay, Exmouth.
